Cleaning products can have offensive smell, what products do you use ?
+With so many harsh chemicals used in cleaning supplies, it’s easy for a cleaning service to become a source of pain. We use biodegradable, odorless and environmentally-friendly materials that are less likely to result in allergic reactions or break down the surfaces we clean.
Can I leave the service render alone at the house ?
+You can choose to be there during your cleaning session or not! You will be asked for admission instructions when making a reservation. There is no requirement for you to be home if you have a doorman or can conceal a key. You may also choose to remain during the cleaning. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable is OK.
What happens if I miss my appointment and the service render does not meet me at home ?
+Please remember your appointments in any situation. We will send you a text or email as a reminder, but you will be responsible for the lock-out cost if the cleaner is unable to enter the house using your entry instructions or if you do not arrive at the scheduled time.
Can I cancel a service I already scheduled and paid for ?
+We require a cancellation fee of #1000 if you do not contact us for cancellation at least 6 hours before your appointment.
How do I get a service that is not listed ?
+If the service you need is not listed, you can please call us on +2347019345433 or email us info@lagabaja.com to schedule a service.
Are the service renders available on weekends ?
+Yes. The service renders are available to work on weekends
What is your payment policy ?
+All payments are to be made via our platform. If you would not be making payment via the platform, contact us! Do not pay directly to any service render!
Why do I need to make upfront payment ?
+We can only book you a certified service render when you have made payment.
Can I keep children with the service renders ?
+Except you are booking a nanny, we do not advise keeping your wards with any of the service renders.
How do know the service render is from you ?
+Every service render from us would show you a certification card that has a name and picture. Please ensure that you confirm that the name and picture is the same we sent to you before allowing any service render into your home.
What if the service render is requesting for money ?
+Since you already made payment, you do not have any business paying any service render unless you want to offer tip which is solely at your discretion,not mandatory . Kindly report any service render that request for money to us .
